Town Of Moraga

ADA Advisory Committee

The Town established the ADA Advisory Committee in 2009.  The purpose of the ADAAC is to advise, review, and report to the staff and Town Council regarding issues affecting accessibility in the public pedestrian rights of way throughout town, and to help prioritize funds available for accessibility improvements. The Committee members include community residents and one member of the Town staff.  Read more in the ADAAC Charter.

The ADAAC will meet four times per year to discuss issues related to accessibility at the Moraga Library Community Room.  Specific meeting dates/time will be posted on the calendar as they are scheduled. 2011 meetings are scheduled for 1/24, 4/25, 7/25, and 10/24. For information on available public transportation to our meetings, please visit Contra Costa County Transit Authority (County Connections.) We invite you to attend.

Please note that only “Action Minutes” will be transcribed and posted. Use the “Audio” file to listen to the meeting in its entirety. Audio files are large and may take some time to download. For ease of use, you might want to save the file to your computer.

All meetings are open to the public and public comments are welcome.
